Rob Didlake – Founder / CEO
In the mid 80′s and into the 90′s I was an Engineer for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). I was responsible for supporting many organizations that relied on their VMS, UNIX and Windows infrastructure to operate their business. It was very rewarding for me to service these organizations and it taught me a lot about the urgency of their data and infrastructure.

Today, I use the same philosophy to service my clients by learning more about their operations before offering any solution. It is important to me to provide a solution that makes sense, saves time and money and allows for company growth. In other words, my job is to provide you with the peace of mind you need to effectively run your business.

Tim Hollingshead - Principal
Rob and I met at DEC back in the 80’s and formed a friendship that is now into its fourth decade. The time spent at DEC taught us both the benefits of strong customer relationships with an emphasis on service combined with great products.

My time at DEC was spent traveling to thousands of companies around the country and one of the benefits learned during that time was the ability to go into a client and quickly learn what their business was about and how technology was, or could be used to help them.  This is still the approach I use when talking to clients today; listen, learn the specifics of the business and then look at ways that technical products can make you more efficient.

Robert Brady – Infrastructure/Software Consultant

Robert started his career as an engineer for Sun Microsystems providing onsite support for companies, both large and small.  As Robert grew in his career, he learned that taking the time to fully understand a problem allows for the right solution to be identified.  Also, Robert found that integrating the right solution requires a thorough understanding of all components.  With nearly twenty years in the industry, Robert has developed a strong understanding of the core technologies and how to make things work effectively and efficiently.

Today, Robert uses this knowledge to provide comprehensive assessments to customers before designing and implementing a solution. While utilizing best practices, Robert will customize a solution so that you gain the most from the chosen software and hardware.
